In shamanic terms, this can look like soul loss or power loss: a piece of you that split off to survive something and never returned. It can also look like a cord: an energetic tie to a person or place that’s still pulling on you long after the relationship ended. Or it can be a rite of passage that never completed, leaving you stuck in a stage of life you've already outgrown.

Does this actually work over the phone?
Yes. Energy work isn't bound by the room we're sitting in. I’ve spent a decade mastering the ability to sense energy from a distance. My sessions are the same whether you're across the table or across the country.
What a session looks like
I’ll begin by calling in sacred space. From there, we’ll talk about what brings you in. I may ask you to release heavy energy into one of my medicine stones, or briefly use my rattle, but the conversation itself is where the work happens.
During my shamanic training, I learned to track: to follow a thread of energy back to its source. I'll use that skill throughout our call to find where the soul or power loss occurred. As we talk, we'll map what we find together, while I perform energy medicine in the background. We'll close our time together by releasing sacred space.
